These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CDL English Pro's website and services operated by YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: CDL English Pro is a PRIVATE educational company. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the U.S. Department of Transportation, any state DMV, or any government agency. Use of our services does not fulfill ELDT (Entry-Level Driver Training) requirements unless specifically stated.

1. Services Description

CDL English Pro provides online bilingual educational courses designed to help Spanish-speaking individuals prepare for English-language CDL (Commercial Driver's License) knowledge tests. Our practice questions are created for educational purposes based on publicly available CDL manual content and do not represent actual state examination questions.

2. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout.
  • Subscription plans (e.g., Road English at $29/month) are billed automatically until cancelled.

3. Refund & Guarantee Policy

CDL English Pro Program — Pass Guarantee: If you complete 100% of the CDL English Pro (90-day) course modules, complete all practice tests with a score of 80%+, and then fail your official CDL knowledge test within 30 days of completing the course, we will issue a full refund. You must provide documentation of your failed test attempt. Contact support to initiate a guarantee claim.
  • English Sprint: 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase and have completed less than 20% of the course, you may request a full refund.
  • Road English Subscription: Cancel any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and practice questions are the intellectual property of CDL English Pro. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content. Individual students receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

CDL English Pro is not responsible for: your ability or inability to pass any official CDL examination; employment outcomes; regulatory compliance with FMCSA or state regulations; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for their course.

6. FTC Compliance — Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and results shown on this website represent experiences of specific customers and are not typical results. Individual outcomes vary based on prior English knowledge, study time invested, and other factors. No income or employment outcome is guaranteed.

7. Subscription Cancellation (Click-to-Cancel)

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or by contacting support at support@cdlenglishpro.com. Cancellation is effective immediately and prevents future billing. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
